What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmaceutical Printing Manager position at RLG Healthcare?
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Pharmaceutical Printing Manager to manage all aspects of the manufacturing process in our Press and Bindery departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management within the printing industry, preferably in pharmaceutical printing.
A strong understanding of printing, folding, and cutting processes, as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), is essential. Additionally, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with experience working in an ISO Certified facility, are highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing strategic leadership and guidance to senior management to achieve company goals.
- Developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize productivity, efficiency, and quality standards within the Bindery and Press departments.
- Maintaining strict adherence to GMP and quality assurance standards specific to pharmaceutical printing.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
