Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other industry regulations, maintains optimal inventory accuracy, and leads a team to achieve efficiency and safety goals. This is an onsite position in our Garner, NC facility, directly reporting to the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical and commercial packaging regulations.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
• Oversee inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize waste or shrinkage.
• Collaborate with production, customer service, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all inventory transactions, shipments, and compliance-related activities.
• Manage relationships with carriers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers.
