Position Purpose We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in backend development using .NET technologies and frontend/UI development with modern frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring performance, security, and seamless user experience. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services. Build intuitive and responsive UI components using frameworks such as Blazor. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies Education & Experience Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development with .NET technologies. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and Web API development. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Experience with SQL Server, and database design. Experience with version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, or similar). Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge, Skills, & Competencies Ability to understand and utilize a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures. Ability to use software to develop and analyze IT data and applications. Knowledge of the entire Software Development Lifecycle from Analysis to Deployment of Software/Apps. Extensive experience with Version Control, CI/CD, Architecture, Relational Database Systems/Data Management. experience. Demonstrate a high degree of adaptability in order to learn new technologies as needed and successfully manage the daily challenges of a technical environment. Ability to lead, motivate and train project team. Ability to deliver solutions align with business strategy. Ability to generate innovative solutions for Business Requirements. Advanced knowledge of software/app testing. Advanced knowledge of automated testing. Compensation Overview The base salary range for the position is listed below. Please note that the base salary is only one component of our robust total rewards package at RLI. The salary offered will take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications/credentials, talent availability & specialization, as well as business needs.
