About the Role
We are seeking an Oral Health Specialist to join our team at RLJ Dental Menasha. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dental hygiene services and promoting overall oral health.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine dental cleanings and exams to patients
- Develop and implement personalized oral health plans
- Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and staff
Requirements
- Current dental hygienist license in WI and Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
