Maintenance Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities through regular maintenance and repairs. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Maintenance Technician will work in various environments, performing tasks that require mechanical knowledge and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.

• Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with residents or clients, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Proficient mechanical knowledge related to building systems and equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities.
• Experience in residential painting techniques and practices.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of logic controllers for automation systems is a plus.

• Supervisory experience is beneficial for overseeing maintenance operations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• On call
