Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical knowledge. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining equipment and facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities
- Obtain bids and estimates for contract work.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance needs.
- Paint vacant units and have them move-in ready.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Must have basic plumbing and electrical knowledge

Qualifications
- Proficient in English and mechanical knowledge
- Strong understanding of schematics and facilities maintenance
- Experience with electrical systems and plumbing

- Experience with CMMS and ohmmeter usage
- Background in residential painting and supervising experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
