- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC filter changes, and work orders
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC issues
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order tracking
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure safety compliance
- Assist in the installation of new equipment or systems
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a focus on electrical, mechanical, and general repairs
- Strong leadership skills to coordinate maintenance activities effectively
- Proficiency in English for clear communication with team members and vendors
