Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our self-storage facility. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong customer service, sales, and facility management skills; though we are willing to consider any candidate who is willing to learn and grow within the industry!

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist tenants with inquiries, rentals, and payments.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of leases, payments, and tenant accounts.
• Oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, and security to ensure a safe environment.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and coordinate necessary orders.
• Manage and train staff to maintain high service and operational standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property management, retail, or customer service.
• Strong sales, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise, train, and lead a team effectively.
• Proficiency in property management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and security procedures.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
