What You’ll Do:
Service & Repair a variety of commercial kitchen equipment, including:
- Ovens, fryers, grills, pizza ovens, steamers, dishwashers, coffee machines, tea brewers, holding cabinets, exhaust fans, and more!
- Makeup air units & ventilation systems to keep commercial kitchens running efficiently.
- Troubleshoot & Diagnose issues quickly and accurately to minimize downtime for customers.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance to keep equipment running at peak performance.
- Stay Ahead of the Industry: Keep up with the latest equipment, technology and best practices.
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Build strong relationships with clients through professionalism and expertise.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 4 years of hands-on experience in commercial foodservice equipment repair & installation.
✔ Expertise in troubleshooting convection ovens, grills, fryers, dishwashers, and more.
✔ HVAC and/or refrigeration experience is a huge plus!
✔ CFESA or Universal EPA Certification preferred, but not required.
✔ Familiarity with Hobart commercial kitchen equipment is a plus.
✔ Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work.
✔ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
✔ Ability to participate in on-call rotations.
✔ Must have personal hand tools for the job.
