Position Overview: Are you an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician ready to step into a leadership role? In this position, you’ll utilize your expertise to service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial refrigeration, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while mentoring a crew of apprentice technicians. Responsibilities for the Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician position include:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems promptly.
- Lead a team of apprentice technicians, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Maintain accurate service records and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications for the Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC and refrigeration certifications preferred.
- 4–8 years of commercial HVAC experience; lead/foreman experience preferred.
- Current TDLR Technician Card and EPA Type II certification required.
- Strong knowledge of commercial systems and diagnostic tools.
- Valid Texas driver's license with a clean record.
