Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert consulting on QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop platforms.
Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage financial records, reconciliations, and reporting for a variety of clients.
Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot issues and optimize QuickBooks usage.
Maintain compliance with accounting standards and firm policies.
Qualifications:
Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor with extensive knowledge of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
Proven experience in all aspects of bookkeeping and preparing financial statements.
Previous experience working in a CPA firm or similar professional setting.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client accounts effectively.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
