The job. What you will be doing as a Customer Service Representative, Cold Storage:
The Customer Service Representative, Cold Storage carries out all customer service activities. Processing all paperwork to maintain accurate inventory. Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders. Set appointments as needed for both incoming and outgoing activity. Maintain accurate procedures for all accounts. Answer phone calls and emails. Check in / out drivers. Provide coverage for other Representatives, possibly offsite, as required. Effectively correspond with Customer as required.
What you need to land this awesome job:
Education: High School (GED)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
General office skills, ability to handle more than one task at a time.
Must be adept in use of Microsoft Office Apps, Knowledge of software or personal computers.
Must be willing to participate in company training programs
License or Certification: N/A
Travel requirements: Occasional as required
Minimum Physical requirements:
Light Lifting: Lifting under 20 pounds
Able to stand between (2-4 hours)
Minimum freezer exposure (trips in and out of freezer environment on an as needed basis)
Minimum level of noise (office environment) and accurate vision for computer and office general requirements.

Exemplify all core values and guiding principles of RLS Logistics
Respond to Customer inquiries
Processing orders and handling complaints in a prompt, courteous and effective manner.
Phone/email duties
Greeting visitors
Scheduling
Check in / out drivers as needed
Provide coverage in absence of coworkers.
Clerical duties as required
Help maintain driver waiting area/lobby
And all other duties as assigned by management

Shift: 7am – 3:30pm
Pay: $18.41 - $20.46/hr DOE
