Floral Designer (Cape Coral)

Experienced and talented Floral Designers needed for our Busy Florist Business. We have part-time position available with the opportunity to become full-time.

• Applicants must be 100% reliable and have reliable transportation, good work ethic and attitude. MUST BE A RELIABLE TEAM PLAYER!

We are looking for talented and high energy floral designers to join us.

• Desirable applicants will have at least 2 years of floral design experience that includes fresh flower arrangements, every day and sympathy in a retail floral shop.
• The ideal candidate has a passion for floral design and the ability to design beautiful arrangements quickly. Experience in customer service and computer skills are a huge plus. We are not a slow-paced shop, and the right applicants will need to be able to work quickly, yet still produce a beautiful product conveying the emotion of the sender. Flexibility with a team spirit are key. Good communication skills are a must.
• Availability requirements include; part-time weekday OR Saturday hours. We really need regular Saturday design help.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract, Seasonal, Internship

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Retail Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Formal Retail Floral design: 2 years (Required)
