Pay Starting at $21.75 per hour
Schedule is Monday - Friday; Early Morning Start Between 4am-6am
Our Driver Helpers plays a vital role in the success of Maletis Beverage. As a Driver Helper you are trained to help the driver deliver products and properly load and unload the trucks with each delivery. Working for Maletis, the growth and advancement opportunities are limitless. Driver Helpers can advance into a CDL Training program. Maletis Beverage has a robust in-house training program to give driver helpers the opportunity to obtain a Class A CDL license.
A Day in the Life as a Driver Helper:
- Down stacking and wheeling of products into customer accounts using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist in the prep and check in of all products with the customer.
- Pick up and return all Maletis empty pallets and product during the normal scope of the business day.
- Maintain superior customer service with all accounts.
- Maintain proper rotation of products to ensure product quality,per the company policy (shelf, display, backstock, and any other storage areas).
- Maintain all sales and merchandising standards as communicated by management.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the cab of the company vehicle.

Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal drugs (THC not tested
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repetitively and up to 160 lbs occasionally.
- Able to work more than 8 hours per day.
- Ability to start work between 4am-6am.
- Substantial and repetitive movements (motions) of the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
- Lifting or raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position.
