We are seeking a highly skilled Catering Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Rosa Mexicano. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective event coordination, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring seamless execution of events.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth
- Coordinate and execute events, including private dining, catering, and non-private groups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, operations management, and culinary teams
- Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to guests
- Analyze sales data and financial reports to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in restaurant catering sales or a related field
- Passion for food and drink, with a desire to work in a strong service culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with TripleSeat is preferred but not mandatory
