Primary Responsibilities
The successful Catering Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Event Coordination: Coordinate and execute events, including private dining, catering, and non-private groups
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, operations management, and culinary teams
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to guests
- Financial Analysis: Analyze sales data and financial reports to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in restaurant catering sales or a related field
- Passion for food and drink, with a desire to work in a strong service culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with TripleSeat is preferred but not mandatory
