Primary Responsibilities:
- Expand Client Base: Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the multifamily, commercial, and turn and rehab markets to boost revenue and grow market share.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate key markets and achieve sales objectives across all focus areas.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in multifamily property management and commercial sectors, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Custom Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals that align with the specific requirements of multifamily, commercial, and rehab projects.
- On-Site Engagement: Conduct site visits to assess property needs and tailor sales approaches for maximum impact across diverse project types.
- Contract Management: Facilitate clear communication and negotiation to ensure contract terms meet both client and company expectations.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems and provide regular performance reports to inform business strategy.
Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Proven track record in sales or business development within the flooring or building materials industry, with experience in multifamily, commercial, and turn and rehab markets preferred.
- Network & Knowledge: Strong network and comprehensive understanding of the multifamily and commercial property management landscape.
- Sales Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans effectively.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Independence & Efficiency: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve targets.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as needed.
