The Health Unit Coordinator (H.U.C.) is responsible for coordinating business office functions including financial management, secretarial support, and providing support to tenants.

The Health Unit Coordinator (H.U.C.) is responsible for coordinating business office functions including financial management, secretarial support, and providing support to tenants.
Essential Functions (Including But Not Limited To The Following)
- Maintains the resident charts, and file documents.
- Coordinate visits of outside providers.
- Retrieve phone messages, answer phones regularly, taking messages as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of all material.
- Assist with program or arrangements for special functions.
- Copy and fax materials as needed.
- Arrange rides for clients.
- Works as home health aide as needed.
- Works alongside nurses.
- High School diploma.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet fast-paced deadlines.
- Effectively communicate with all levels of personnel and clients.
- Experience in working with older adults.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions and documentation including medical terminology in English.
Salary : $18 - $22
