What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN position at RM Management?
We are looking for a detail oriented and experienced LPN to join our team at Summit Hill! This would be a full time position with an every fourth weekend rotation.
The LPN is responsible for ensuring medication management services are carried out according to the care plan set forth by the RN. Transcribing, ordering, and auditing for medication compliance are the primary duties of this position. The LPN in conjunction with the RN delivers exceptional service by serving client’s needs and by ensuring all health needs safety of all clients and personal care needs are met.
