Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and budgets while utilizing retail math for financial analysis.
- Negotiate with vendors for supplies and services to optimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and professional development among staff.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements
