Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Coordinator/Estimator/Problem Resolution specialist to join our team. This role requires a leader who can oversee HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical projects, from estimating and planning to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive trade knowledge in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be collaborating with all departments to manage customer relationships, handling job work, addressing billing concerns, obstacles, and ensuring timely procurement of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimating/Quoting: Accurately estimate and create quotes for HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical projects, including labor, materials, and equipment. Ensure competitive pricing, accuracy, and profitability across all trades.
- Project Coordination: Work with our Senior Project Manager to oversee Construction, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Trade Knowledge: Utilize expertise in Construction, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems to provide guidance and solutions to the team, ensuring all technical aspects of the job are addressed.
- Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for customers, collaborate with our customer service team to resolve escalated customer concerns regarding job status, billing, scheduling, and any obstacles that may arise during project execution.
- Purchasing & Procurement: Coordinate with our parts manager to order and procure necessary materials, and equipment for projects. Ensure timely delivery of all materials to avoid delays.
- Team Leadership and collaborate: Work with various team members and departments (purchasing, accounting, technicians, and vendors) to ensure project success, providing direction and support where needed.
- Self-Starter and Quick Learner: Be a proactive self-starter, capable of managing tasks and projects independently with minimal training or supervision. Adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and technologies while staying organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,586.00 - $80,000.00 per year
