Your Role as a Wireless Sales Representative
As a Wireless Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, providing tailored solutions and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through dynamic product demonstrations to highlight the benefits of our wireless solutions.
- Listen actively to customer needs and recommend personalized packages and upgrades.
- Stay informed about current promotions, product offerings, and industry trends through ongoing training sessions.
- Overcome customer objections, negotiate sales, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and orders using our point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and share best practices.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and strengthen relationships.
What We’re Looking For

- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to commute to our Fredericksburg location daily.
