The Dispatch Supervisor will be working out of our HQ office in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
Job Overview :
The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and optimization of dispatch operations. This key role involves overseeing the efficient allocation of resources, ensuring timely pick up of samples, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. In essence, the Dispatch Supervisor is the centerpiece of the company's operational success, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows that meet customer needs and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure the efficient and effective dispatch of personnel and resources to meet operational demands while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include :
- Efficiently managing resources and ensuring timely execution of our services.
- Supervise and mentor dispatchers, providing guidance and support on operational procedures.
- Oversee daily dispatch operations, including assigning jobs, scheduling deliveries, and monitoring progress.
- Train new dispatchers on company policies, procedures, and the use of dispatch software.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and address any performance issues.
