Overview and purpose of the role
As the Aftersales Business Development Co-ordinator, the role will be responsible for analysis and driving sales growth for parts and accessories, as part of the RMA global vehicle modifications business. This position will be based in Southfield MI, and will report into the Group Parts Manager, based in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning in the parts and accessories segment.
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers, distributors (Caribbean and South America Dealers), partners and freight forwarder to drive sales growth for parts and accessories. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Provide pro-actively parts proposal including service guideline and stock recommendation.
Collaborate with the product development team within RMA Mods organization to optimize the parts and accessories portfolio, including new product introductions, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including geographic expansion and entry into new customer segments.
Point of contact for USA parts shipments management, invoices, and others documents.
Fostering a collaborative spirit within RMA Modifications departments and Global Fleet Sales partner (located in US) and results-oriented mindset.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance in CRM System, market trends, and competitive analysis to direct manager.
Manage the budget for the parts division, ensuring efficient cost control.
