We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate IVF Coordinator to support patients through their fertility journey. This role involves scheduling and managing all aspects of IVF, FET, PGT, and egg-freezing cycles, ensuring patients receive the highest level of care and guidance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule IVF/FET cycles, including necessary pre-screening appointments and financial clearance.
- Provide patients with educational materials, consents, and online class registration.
- Work closely with nursing, embryology, and urology teams to ensure seamless cycle management.
- Maintain accurate records in the IVF database and ensure proper documentation.
- Offer emotional support and guidance throughout the treatment process.
- Participate in weekly case review meetings with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Collaborate with billing and financial departments to confirm insurance verification and cost transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
- Experience in a fertility or healthcare setting is a plus.
