We are seeking a Sonogram Technician to perform transvaginal sonograms for IVF, Ovulation Monitoring (OM), and Ovulation Induction (OI) patients. The ideal candidate will work efficiently, professionally, and collaboratively to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform sonograms to determine follicle size and number.
- Communicate findings to the physician promptly.
- Maintain required CME credits and stay current with licensure.
- Float between Long Island IVF locations as needed.
- Assist with medical record filing and supply inventory management.
- Participate in professional development through training and meetings.
Qualifications
- Valid NYS Registration as a Sonogram Technician.
- Prior experience in women’s health preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in Medical Assisting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Weekends required.
- Ability to travel to multiple office locations when needed.
