Conceptions Reproductive Associates is currently seeking a Full-Time Phlebotomist to join our growing team in Littleton, CO.
Responsibilities:
- Perform venipunctures and finger sticks
- Prepare specimens
- Ensure blood/specimen requirements are met at the time of collection and maintain specimen integrity
- Maintain daily tallies of collections performed
- Turnover draw stations in a timely manner
- Strictly follow and adhere to OSHA guidelines
- Ensure a high level of customer service
Requirements:
- High energy, excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, and a demonstrated self-directed work ethic are required.
- Completion of a Phlebotomy Program required. State certification preferred
- Excellent phlebotomy skills
- 3 years recent phlebotomy experience in a high patient volume environment is required
- EMR experience preferred
- Excellent customer service, listening/interpersonal, and communication skills a must
- Exceptional computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
