Compensation: $50,000 - $57,000
We are seeking a Junior Embryologist to gain hands-on experience in clinical laboratory services. You will support various laboratory processes and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform semen analysis, cryopreservation, and preparation for IUI in Andrology and Endocrine Laboratories.
- Assist with data entry, including SART and EMR updates.
- Support embryo-related processes, including IVF, ICSI, embryo transfer, and cryopreservation.
- Perform quality assurance, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.
- Participate in proficiency testing and adhere to laboratory standards and safety guidelines.
- Rotate through Andrology, Endocrine, and IVF laboratory departments for hands-on training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-paced, high-standard environment.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
