Job Description
As a Luxury Chauffeur Professional with RMA Worldwide, you will be responsible for transporting clients in a limousine or luxury vehicle, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to the Four Golden Moments of client contact. This includes welcoming/greeting the client, discussing amenities, confirming destination and preferred route, asking for temperature or radio preference, thanking the client for choosing RMA Worldwide, and following DOT regulations where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and transport clients safely and efficiently
- Adhere to the Four Golden Moments of client contact
- Maintain travel logs, fuel records, and perform vehicle safety checks
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure passenger satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school certificate of graduation or its equivalent
- Valid driver's license issued by Maryland
- At least 1 year of professional driving experience (preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
