DoD Financial Management / Data Analytics Integration Expert
Location : Hybrid 2-3 days on site / week in Arlington, VA
Clearance : Active Secret or Higher
Certifications Preferred : CSM, PMP, or other Project Management certification preferred
As a key member of our Department of Defense (DoD) financial management team, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing financial processes, leveraging your expertise in SAP-FM, Qlik, Oracle, and Power BI.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their financial management needs, generate product roadmaps, and provide tailored solutions to address their requirements.
- Work with development team to translate requirements into usable products using financial data, identify trends, and create visually compelling reports and dashboards
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of dashboards / analytics, providing leadership and direction to developers and guidance and support to end-users.
- Assist in developing approaches, creating, and presenting PowerPoint presentations and facilitating meetings
- Conduct analyses of current applications in relation to user needs and identify potential areas for improvement. Provide ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Plan, develop and implement an effective Change Management strategy to support user adoption of analytic tools and ensure community requirements are appropriately prioritized with development teams
- Develop training material and conduct end-user training to support user adoption of analytic tools
- Aligning goals, objectives, and strategic initiatives across analytical products and portfolios
