YOUR DAY :
This is a full-time commitment. Weekends and on-call are included. This is hands-on work that demands commitment and dedication. Envision being the linchpin of day-to-day operations, overseeing emergencies, conducting regular quality checks, and maintaining operational efficiency. Participate in budget compliance, oversee supplies, provide leadership to your team, and fill in for the department manager on his days off. Balancing hands-on work with supervisory responsibilities, each day is an opportunity to make a substantial impact within the organization.
WHAT IT TAKES TO EXCEL WITH US :
Although we encourage all to apply, we have a preference for Beaufort County residents. Our ideal candidate will have a clean DMV report and valid driver's license, be available weekends, and demonstrate a strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC! Being bi-lingual is a big plus.
