We are looking for an Account Manager is to support our Sales group in providing timely, accurate, high quality marketing campaigns and services to our clients. This position works closely with Sales and is also the primary contact for clients and acts as a liaison to the creative, variable data processing, accounting and production teams for all matters related to the specific seminar campaign. The Account Manager is responsible for coordinating all details of all marketing campaigns from inception through completion. This position is ideal for a self-managing person that relies heavily on following established processes and procedures in place to ensure high level of accuracy and quality.
Candidates must reside in Florida.
What Youll Do:
- Assist Sales in completing seminar campaign order details by communicating with clients by phone and or email.
- Establish, maintain and foster good working relationships with each client. Build clients trust and confidence by providing timely, accurate and superior service.
- Create, communicate and execute seminar campaign deadlines with client to ensure proper delivery of product to meet client expectations.
- Coordinate/Manage 90 seminar campaigns a month simultaneously from point of order received through product delivery.
- Able to work in a high paced environment alongside professional sales people in a clean professional office setting.
- Enter and track all seminar campaigns into businesses management system. Experience working with a CRM and or ERP system very helpful.
- Manage customer relationship and act as a liaison between client and sales representatives.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Must have solid computer skills, with thorough knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office products (especially Excel).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, printing, graphics, pre-press, or mail house preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve internal and external issues.
- Highly organized and possess superior follow-up skills and can prioritize and multi-task.
- Must be resourceful, a team player and customer oriented.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Must be competitive, driven and confident.
