JOB SUMMARY:Under the direction of the 'Safety/Security Sergeants', the Surveillance Officer (Full-Time) protects company assets and maintains the integrity of Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and surrounding areas using clandestine surveillance operations.
Available Shift: 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform regular visual patrol of RMFH and affiliate locations.
Ensure the safety and security of all guests, team members and VIPs who enter the building.
Protects Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse equipment, materials and structures throughout the work schedule.
Provides regular security functions within Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and related areas prior to, during, and after all events.
Performs watch-tours and building safety checks, reporting any violations.
Monitors camera system (CCTV) and dispatch officers when needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Security Director and Managers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent certificate.
Must have availability to work 3:00-11:00pm on weekdays and weekends as scheduled. Hours may vary on occasion.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must pass a background check.
Previous security/surveillance experience preferred, but not required.
Experience with clandestine surveillance operations preferred, but not required.
OPOTA certificate preferred but not required.
Must posses a high-level of professionalism.
Must be punctual, dependable and respectful at all times while on duty.
