RMG Business Development works within the Venice, FL market to sell and promote our client’s products and services through face-to-face communication and customer service. We are able to assist in revenue growth through in-person sales and knowledge of the local market and telecommunications business industry.
We are seeking positive, solution-oriented individuals to join us as Entry Level Sales Representatives. This role reports directly to the Sales Manager and provides a clear path for career advancement. We’re looking for someone ready to master the basics and develop into a future leader within our company.
Entry Level Sales Representative Position Responsibilities:
- Initiate and finalize sales during in-person meetings within the community and follow up with customers to ensure proper service
- Provide education on products and services that will assist in gaining customers and enrollment
- Work with the Client Representatives and Sales Management teams in order to maximize leads and gain more knowledge of market prospects
- Attend meetings with Sales leaders and participate in online and in-person collaborations
- Work with other Entry Level Sales Representatives to improve customer experience and set and reach daily or weekly sales goals
Entry Level Sales Representative Position Requirements:
- 1 years in a sales, customer service, retail, management, or business role
- An interest in the telecommunications industry and business development
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Confidence in communication, both verbal and written
- Formal education in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field is preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
