Our next Telecommunications Associate will be involved in interpersonal communication in-person with our local neighborhoods and customers, and will be the focal point of sales and marketing communications. Telecommunications Associate Responsibilities:
- Provide proper sales and customer relations services during face-to-face interactions with potential customers within the region
- Engage directly with community members to discuss telecommunications products and services, guiding them through the sales process
- Address and document customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests accurately in the system
- Participate in team training sessions focused on customer relations, sales strategies, and the latest product and service updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide detailed product information and promotional details, offering recommendations based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
- Enhance the company’s reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and support
Telecommunications Associate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; formal education in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
- 1-2 years experience in customer service, retail, sales, marketing, or a similar client-facing role is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and address customer inquiries effectively
- Eagerness to learn and continuously develop professional skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to collaborate with sales representatives, customer service teams, and other associates
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,952.33 - $4,759.80 per month
Schedule:

- Weekends as needed
