As an entry-level Customer Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and optimizing our sales operations to meet client demand and support our dedicated sales team. You will work closely with fellow sales team members to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer outreach initiatives, and to contribute to the overall success of our newest partnership.
Customer Support Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales goals by collaborating between departments to implement the most effective campaign strategies through face-to-face communication with local customers.
- Use company-provided materials and product knowledge to effectively present and explain client products and services to potential customers.
- Approach potential customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Engage in conversations, build rapport, and listen actively to understand their needs and preferences.
- Address any questions or concerns customers might have regarding the products or services.
- Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our clients products or services.
- Highlight how our clients' offerings meet the specific needs and wants of the potential customer.
What we are looking for in a Customer Support Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong passion for developing a career in the sales and business industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Leadership potential with the ability to motivate and guide a team of entry-level associates.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales software tools.
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights to drive informed decision-making.
