Position Overview
RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting Strategic Planning and Analysis Support in Norfolk, VA.
**This position is contingent upon contract award**
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely analytical services to enable readiness production in support of operational requirements.
- Provide technical expertise, advanced data analytics, quantitative and qualitative research, executive communication products, and process improvement support.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Must possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with the ability to create complex visualizations, manage large datasets, and design engaging executive-level presentations.
- Must have strong writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, suitable for executive-level audiences.
- Master's Degree, or a bachelor's degree with an additional 3 years of equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated specific experience in advanced communication, project development, and strategic engagement support.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in strategic plan development and assessment; course of action (COA) analysis; data analytics; conduct tailored Navy programmatic research as required; project management with plan of action & milestone development expertise; strategic engagement content development, planning, and coordination; collaboration and coordination with stakeholders; production of executive-level communication products; knowledge and understanding of Navy command organization and structure.
