RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Training Specialist for Data Entry in Coronado, California.

Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee software program and learning management system data entry of curriculum for courses, including Training Project Plans, Training Course Control Documents, Lesson Plans / Trainee Guides, Instructional Media, Testing Plans, Pilot Reports, and Letters for Approval / Promulgation in accordance with Navy Education and Training (NAVEDTRA) 130 Series.Perform data entry of testing program for courses and curriculum in accordance with NAVEDTRA 132 Series.Input curriculum of new training programs or the major revision of existing curriculum.Advise the instructional staff on software program / administrative readiness for curriculum design, development, and delivery.Review and prepare documentation for annual formal course reviews, training requirement reviews, and American Council on Education evaluations.Act as project manager for curriculum date entry of new development and curriculum revisions.Ensure curriculum data entry procedural compliance.Required Qualifications and Experience
Possess and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance : Secret.Experience using curriculum development software or program software, i.e. Microsoft soft skills, Authoring Instructional Material, and Content Planning Module.Desired : Prior experience as a Navy Instructor.Desired : Prior experience with Navy Learning and Development.Desired : Prior Training Specialist (GS-1712), Instructional Systems Specialist (ISS) (GS-1750), Learning Standards Officer (LSO), or Military Instructor (Navy Enlisted Classification NEC : 805A / 9502)Ability to operate a personal computer with common / standard business software programs.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience in data entry using curriculum development or program software applications.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others both verbally and in writing.Ability to enter and maintain data into multiple locally managed databases using Microsoft Office tools and curriculum development or program software.Strong attention to detail and highly accurate in performing all tasks.Ability to perform duties independently with minimal oversight.Ability to write correspondence / curriculum in military format using the curriculum design / development process.Ability to exhibit professional conduct.Company Overview
