As an Electrical Construction Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing project management processes and implementing LEAN methodologies to optimize project efficiency and profitability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the execution of the construction phase of projects, ensuring that the designs are properly implemented. Key tasks will include:
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office and BlueBeam
Willingness to learn CAD and REVIT
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work collaboratively with others
Requirements
Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 year of experience in the construction industry
Must be authorized to work in the United States

A salary range is anticipated to be within a range $90,000 - $120,000 for a minimum of 15 years of experience and is based upon multiple factors including level of experience, years of experience, and applicant knowledge, skills, and abilities. Benefits include insurance benefits, paid holidays, and paid time off as well as a company sponsored 401k plan.

- Coordination with design teams
- Construction oversight
- Change management
- Collaboration with contractors/subcontractors
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting as needed
- Quality control
- Safety and Compliance
- Documentation and Reporting
- Testing and Commissioning
- Closeout and Handover
- Help lead the application and implementation of LEAN principals and methodologies throughout the company
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office and BlueBeam
