The program begins in our warehouse, providing firsthand experience with our products and operations, then progresses through customer service and estimation. This approach ensures you?ll have a well-rounded knowledge base, enabling you to offer the best possible service to our customers. A four-year college degree is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter customer orders into our CRM system.
Follow up on orders to ensure timely completion and closure.
Address and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, returns, and product details via phone and email.
Manage the order workflow, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in each step.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively within a supportive team.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Proficient computer skills, with familiarity in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to reliably get to work on time.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus but not required.
Compensation:
Starting Salary: $18 to $20 per hour, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
