Position: Energetic Warehouse Associate
RMI is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and success-driven Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role supports our daily warehouse operations and shipping/receiving processes. We are a Plumbing Manufacturer Representative and are excited to welcome someone interested in building a long-term career with us.
Duties and Responsibilities
Pull, pack, and process orders for shipment.
Ship products using web-based logistic systems and UPS WorldShip.
Load and securely wrap stock on pallets.
Receive and organize stock orders.
Perform inventory counts and confirm accuracy.
Report any inventory discrepancies.
Inspect inventory for accuracy and damage.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, plumbing, or a related field.
Knowledge of banding materials to pallets.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
Proficiency in operating forklifts, pickers, and pallet jacks.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of leadership and reliability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting via email, phone, and in-person.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $18 to $20 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
