RMK Management has openings for Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisors for our luxury communities in Hyde Park, South Loop and The Gold Coast. This is a terrific opportunity to work with a company that is growing and has great benefits. The Property Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the property including staff members, reaching financial and operational goals and collecing rents.
The Maintenance Supervisor will work the the Property Manager to make sure the community and residences are maintained, including repair and upkeep
We'd love for you to have:
- Leasing license and 2-3 years property manager experience or apartment maintenance experience
- Basic computer skills, Yardi a plus
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Leadership skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
