As the Assistant Office Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Reconciling Schedules, Floor Plans, Incentive & Bank Accounts
- Posting, Reviewing, & Supervising Deal Postings
- Preliminary Rental Car Account Assistance
- Review & Reclass Service Repairs
- Run Reports for Pending Titles
- Prepare and Pay Sales Taxes
- Floor New & Used Incoming Vehicles
- Paying Insurance Premiums to our Benefit Providers

Experience & Job Requirements:
- Experience with CDK Dealer Management System
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Able to work late hours & weekends for Month End Closing
- Willing to assist others outside of your department.
