About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Service BDC Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and scheduling service appointments for our dealership. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our service department to ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Some duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone email or in-person in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
- Scheduling service appointments and coordinating with the service department
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus!!
