Compensation: Pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to job-specific requirements, individual experience, internal pay equity, and organizational needs/budget considerations, all in alignment with our RML's compensation philosophy. Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program based on both individual and organizational performance. |

Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care with respect, excellence, and concern.
- Manage overall care of assigned patients.
- Respond to physician orders and perform clinical assessments.
- Document patient progress and provide thorough shift reports.
- Work collaboratively with PCTs and Respiratory Therapists.
- Supervise LPNs and PCTs.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and safety.
- Participate in quality improvement and educational activities.
Requirements:
- Skills and Abilities:
- Analytical skills for patient assessment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability for standing, walking, and lifting patients.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Teamwork and technical skills.
- Experience:
- Recent hospital experience preferred.
- Experience with ventilators, wound care, or critical care.
- Certifications:
- Nursing diploma, AA, AS, or Bachelor's degree.
- Illinois RN license.
- CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Work in a patient care environment.
Bonus:
- $12,500 sign-on bonus (terms apply).

This role is eligible for a $12,500 sign-on bonus and is subject to the terms and conditions of the offer. Bonuses will be pro-rated for positions less than full-time (0.9 FTE). Registry/PRN positions are not bonus-eligible. Rehires and current employees are not eligible.
