What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contractor/Painter position at RML?
The Ridge at Meadowlake Apartments located in Conway is hiring for a contract painter. We have 320 apartments and generally average around 10 turns a month. The peak period is roughly the last few days of a month through the 10th of the month.
We have one and two bedroom units. We use egg shell, semi-gloss and trim paint, and the walls must be rolled.
Full paints pay $150 for 1 bedrooms and $210for 2 bedrooms.
We provide paint, caulk, spackle, and kilz.
Apartments painted from the 1st to 15th receive payment on the 23rd of the month, from the 16th to end of month is paid on the 8th. We prefer to pay direct deposit, but a check can also be sent out.
