Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our consistent and growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development and sales efforts, managing client accounts, and fostering strong relationships with both customers and vendors. This is a unique role that works on both ends of our business with our end users as well as vendors who will be working with those end users. We are looking for someone energetic, willing to think outside the box and work hard to meet goals. Success in this role will depend on personal drive and ambition. Some travel may be required as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with new clients.
  • Identify new vendors who may be well suited for our needs based on client requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead conversations with clients to secure contracts and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for clients.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in constructions, HVAC, or B2B sales.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • The ability to communicate well both internally and externally is a must have ability.
  • Strong vetting skills to understand both clients and vendors who may be well suited to our company's offerings and needs
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing client relationships and expectations
  • Proficient in negotiation techniques to secure favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
