We are looking for a visionary Senior Strategist (Creative) to join our team and help us take our client relationships to the next level. As the Senior Strategist, you will be the driving force behind our creative vision and strategy. You will lead the development of high-impact client pitches, focusing on building deeper relationships with our clients by understanding their needs, goals, and KPIs. Your role will go beyond simply responding to client requests; you will be instrumental in shaping the concepts and strategies that drive their business forward.
Key Responsibilities :
- Creative Leadership : Lead strategy & creativity in the development of innovative concepts for experiential marketing campaigns. Leverage macro and micro trends to generate concepts that make sense for our clients. Inspire and mentor the team to push creative boundaries and deliver exceptional work. You are the bar raiser on how we present solutions.
- Client Pitches : Gather insights and ask the right questions to shape briefs, then turn them into gorgeous, strong, pitch-ready concepts that align with client goals, brand, audience and business objectives, and deliver measurable results. Use storytelling and data-driven insights to showcase the value of our creative approach.
- Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with clients to uncover their needs, challenges, and KPIs by truly taking an understanding of their business challenges. Collaborate with account teams to ensure a holistic understanding of client objectives and translate these into strategic creative solutions.
- Concept Development : Lead brainstorming sessions and guide the team in developing unique, REALISTIC, and engaging concepts that align with client goals and deliver measurable results. Ensure all creative work meets the award-winning standards of quality and innovation. Create programs that are easy to buy and easy to sell.
- Client Relationship Building : Cultivate strong relationships with clients by acting as a trusted advisor. Position the agency as a strategic partner, helping clients explore new possibilities and drive business growth through creative excellence.
- Project Oversight : Oversee the execution of creative projects working with the production team to find solutions to deliver realistic programs
- Industry Trends : Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in experiential marketing and surrounding practices. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and bring fresh ideas to the table.
