What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at RMP LLP?
At RMP, we are looking for a receptionist who can help provide organizational and administrative support to the Little Rock office.
Skills:
- Knowledge of business English, spelling, punctuation, grammar and basic legal terminology
- Ability to compose simple memos, business style letters, fax cover sheets, and emails
- Knowledge of Microsoft software to include Word, basic Excel, Outlook and OneDrive. WordPerfect and document management software experience a plus
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, while working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to proofread a variety of documents and has good attention to detail
- Ability to establish good rapport with attorneys, clients, experts and other employees
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and enhance office effectiveness
- Greet clients, answer and direct phone calls
- Monitor calendars; schedule meetings; follow through with all related tasks
- Maintain supplies for the office
