ROLE SUMMARY :

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to play a key role in shaping the visual identity of RMS Companies and our growing portfolio of apartments and hotels. You’ll collaborate directly with the CEO and senior leadership to deliver innovative design solutions across a wide range of projects, including brand updates, new property launches, digital advertising, and print collateral. From updating sales tools and building compelling email campaigns to creating engaging social media visuals and designing website layouts, you’ll bring creativity and precision to every aspect of our marketing efforts. Your work will directly support our leasing and sales teams, helping to elevate our brand presence and drive growth.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :

Assist with creative branding and advertising campaigns to launch new properties.
Update marketing collateral to align with brand aesthetics across platforms.
Design and publish email retargeting campaigns (Mailchimp, Revinate).
Manage photography and artwork libraries, including retouching and content edits.
Create new brand guidelines and visual standards for hotels and residential properties.
Design webpage wireframes and mockups for developer implementation.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, printers, and photographers for project deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align help marketing with business strategies.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field of study.

Strong passion for design with an eye for luxury brand building.

Proficient in working within a mixed design / web environment.

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Understanding of industry trends and best practices, particularly in web design and digital spaces.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to collaborate across multiple brands.

Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
